We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Loan Origination System (LOS) across all business segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders, overseeing the vendor selection process, and ensuring project alignment with both business goals and regulatory requirements. This role demands strong leadership, technical insight, and a proven track record in project delivery. Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for LOS implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to define system requirements aligned with business needs and the new core banking system
Lead the vendor selection process, including contract negotiation and system integration
Manage the customization, testing, and deployment phases of the LOS
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and Sharia requirements
Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder update meetings
Oversee training programs for all impacted departments and staff
Deliver the project within the approved timeline and budget while meeting success metrics
Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are preferred Experience Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, ideally within a financial services environment Demonstrated success in digital transformation or enterprise system implementation Experience with LOS platforms is highly desirable Strong background in vendor management and contract negotiation Core Competencies
Technical Skills Expertise in project management methodologies and tools In-depth understanding of banking processes, especially loan origination and system integration

Job Responsibilities

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) functional skills are a requirement to be successful in activities and ensure smooth departmental operations.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Pubic Administration or business administration, and other related field or Information Technology
- Certificate in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA or CMA
Job Experience
- 15 years of Total experience required
- 10 years of Financial Information Systems Project Management and implementation experience on large scale projects, including demonstrated ability/experience initiating and leading entity-wide system and process changes
