**Purpose**
The ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Developer will have relevant experience of 5 - 6 years and undertake development and support activities related to ECM Applications by effectively mapping the business requirements to product functionalities & architecture, develop as required, test and ensure timely delivery of services.
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with business and techno functional analysts to understand the business requirements
- Perform initial design reviews and recommend improvements
- Write clear codes and prepare coding documentations
- Assist in timely L2/L3 troubleshooting of ECM Applications
- Experience working in a structured waterfall development process
- Participate in the set-up and deployments in all environments including production.
- Conduct code reviews, testing and work closely with QA team (where applicable) for SIT and with business for UAT
- Contribute to the overall enterprise architecture
- Support the training of new team members on existing business processes and required tools
- Document all requirements functionally and technically
**Role dimensions**
**Direct reports to this position**: This position has no direct reports. The role also works with project teams across the banking domains to support customer centric outcomes.
**Expected Hours of Work**:This is a full-time position. This position may require to work outside of business hours to meet urgent business demands and support production maintenance activities

Develop data visualization models to support managers in their decision-making and the strategy planning cycle. Perform data modeling and reporting for the management team from education and health sectors. Analyze large and diverse datasets from across the organization for L&D and those supported externally through external partner stakeholder groups. Analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations. Write comprehensive reports for directorate management team. Other professional experience being considered for this role as an essential requisite includes: Management of health care data or business intelligence experience.
