Job Description
Al Jazeera Academy is a member of the Ta'allum Group of Schools. Ta'allum Group is a growing and successful organization consisting of three renowned partner Schools. Due to over subscription, there are plans to open two new Academies in Doha in the near future.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Curriculum Development:
1. Design, develop, and update the UK curriculum to meet the specific needs of our students.
2. Ensure alignment with international education standards and best practices.
3. Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate innovative and effective teaching methodologies.
Professional Development:
1. Provide training and professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their understanding of the UK curriculum.
2. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in UK education.
Assessment and Evaluation:
1. Implement assessment strategies to monitor student progress and ensure continuous improvement.
2. Analyze assessment data to inform curriculum adjustments and instructional strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with teachers, administrators, and school improvement consultants to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
**Qualifications**:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field, NPQH
Extensive experience in implementing and developing the UK curriculum.
Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead professional development sessions and mentor teachers.
