- Responsible for maintaining, updating and designing the Qatar Airways Holidays Website.
- Liasing with all supplier departments to ensure the delivery of a well-populated and well-ordered B2C customer facing site.
- Responsible for designing digital (video, website, social media) and traditional (phone, flyers) marketing activities
- Develop online creative and eyecatching banners which exist within the QR group websites to advertise for Qatar Airways Holidays.
- Design offline assets such as flyers, leaflets and brochures and delivering to brief as determined by the brand and channel owner for both B2C and B2B audiences.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent with minimum 7 years of job-related experience
- Experience in Travel/Airlines/Tourism industry and destination marketing
- Experience in graphic design is preferred
- AProficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator
- Advance skills in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and publishing software
- Excellent relation building skills
- Knowledge of Qatar/Middle East geography would be an advantage

As the Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies to engage our audience effectively. You will create compelling content and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Generate original content, including capturing photography and videography, reels, daily live Instagram stories, writing copies, and performing graphic design and creative functions (e.g. simple video editing, creation of gifs, etc.)

Your Day to Day As the Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies to engage our audience effectively. You will create compelling content and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to: Generate original content, including capturing photography and videography, reels, daily live Instagram stories, writing copies, and performing graphic design and creative functions (e.g. simple video editing, creation of gifs, etc.) Write, produce and manage all imagery, videos, and content on social and digital channels that supports overall digital strategy and specific online marketing initiatives. Support social media strategies for the hotel and various channels and manage day to day social media activities on Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and/or other social channels Create monthly content calendars based on those strategies and manage the scheduling of content, troubleshooting, and publishing to all social media channels Create social media ads on multiple social platforms, including the development of creative and copy, trafficking ads, measuring performance and ROI, and reporting on results. Measure progress, interpret results, and report on social media KPIs. Create amplification plans for content with brand and regional teams Use social media listening tools to identify trends, surprise and delight guests, engage with guests, and perform service recovery, Develops and sources unique hotel and destination content (posts, photos, videos, infographics); sources and leverages quality User Generated Content in social amplification efforts and ensures usage rights for all materials. Moderate assigned social pages and perform customer-service functions per company and industry best practices and standards Performs social media canvasing to create sales lead generation for outlets. Ensure adherence to all brand, regional, company, and platform guidelines, policies, and procedures Work with managers of different departments (F&B, Spa, Bay Club) to capture creative and compelling content Stay up-to-date on industry and platform trends and best practices. Support execution and fulfillment of projects as outlined on marketing communications plans Assist with other assignments by PR & Marketing Manager What We Need From You Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: Creativity and passion for photography and videography, who possesses a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, as well as other video editing apps and software required Proficiency in platforms such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Manager, and others Fluent in Written and Spoken English.
