ACADEMIC DIRECTOR - For Nursery School

We are currently looking for a Academic Director for Nursery School plays a crucial role in shaping the educational direction and ensuring the academic excellence of our nursery program. They are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the curriculum, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and providing leadership to faculty and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development
• Instructional Leadership
• Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring
• Parental Engagement
• Administrative Duties
• Community Outreach

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on curriculum development and instructional leadership.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood educational theories.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse community of students, parents, and staff members.
• Familirize with British curriculum
• Experience in curriculum development, teaching and administrations in teaching institute
• Residing in Qatar with QID
• Immediate joiner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
