ACADEMIC DIRECTOR - For Nursery School

We are currently looking for a

Academic Director for Nursery School

plays a crucial role in shaping the educational direction and ensuring the academic excellence of our nursery program. They are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the curriculum, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and providing leadership to faculty and staff.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development

Instructional Leadership

Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring

Parental Engagement

Administrative Duties

Community Outreach

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5+years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on curriculum development and instructional leadership.

Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood educational theories.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse community of students, parents, and staff members.

Familirize with British curriculum

Experience in curriculum development, teaching and administrations in teaching institute

Residing in Qatar with QID

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
