Accounting Head - Healthcare Industry

Full Job Description

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Project Management or any related field.
• Experience in Project Management in Bio-Medical Engineering projects is an advantage.
• Reports to Bio-Medical Engineering Manager and Head of Bio-Medical Engineering – Projects. Prepares all required reports/presentations needed for Bio-Medical Engineering Project management.
• Records documents and tracks all Bio-Medical Engineering Department projects by producing reports using Project Management tools or equivalent as needed by the Head of Biomedical Engineering – Projects for higher management presentations.
• Works in close coordination with Engineering, Bio-Medical & Facilities Directorate Planner to ensure submission of reports is in parallel with its Directorate Policy.
• Must be able to make presentations in PDF, PowerPoint or other formats regarding new Health Center projects, tender status, existing and new equipment delivery, installation, maintenance, service contracts, KPIs and other important matters to higher management as needed by the Head of Bio-Medical Engineering Projects.
• Prepare monthly reports / presentations to be submitted to the head of Biomedical Engineering projects in a monthly basis on new Health Center’s construction updates, Project status, existing and new project tenders, equipment installations and maintenance.
• Any administrative and clerical works required by Bio-Medical Engineering Manager and Head of Bio-Medical Engineering – Projects.
• Must be excellent in MS Office Tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc

Pay: QAR20,000.00 per month
