Administrative Director

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our company, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for administrative functions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the company
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. A biometric passport is required for this role.
