Administrative Manager



We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month and visa sponsorship will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, including training and development
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Oversee scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Act as a liaison between employees, clients, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal regulations
- Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative management role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines

Preference will be given to Indian candidates with experience in managing administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for women looking for employment as we encourage diversity in our workplace. Fluency in English is not required for this position.
