Full Job Description

Gallery Five Group is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. This executive role is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, including strategic planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in finance, capable of steering the company towards profitability and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assess financial risks and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial matters.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and the bord of directors.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
• Monitor and interpret financial indicators and trends to make informed recommendations.

Commerical Finance Management:

• Oversee the financial aspects of agreements and negotiations with vendors, clients, and partners.
• Provide financial analysis and insights for pricing decisions, cost control, and profitability assessment.
• Collaborate with business development teams to evaluate potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.

Financial Operations and Control:

• Establish and maintain effective financial polices, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure Compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Oversee financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related filed.
• Must be a Charted Accountant( CA, CPA, ACCA)/ or MBA+ any accounting qualification (CFA, CMA)
• 10-15 years of proven experience as a CFO or similar leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
