Your responsibilities will include implementation of all Anantara standards and best practices related to Recreation department, providing training and development opportunities for all team members, and effective management of the department expenditures and budgets. You will oversee the smooth running of the Sports, Recreation, Adventure Park and Kids Club Activities on a day-to-day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction. You will createnew, unique and interesting activities that draw upon the best cultural, sporting or other offerings of the area in which the resort is located.

• Bachelors Degree in Sports Science or related field.
• At least 5years' experience on a similar role with a 5 star hotel
• Physically fit
• Very good organization and leadership skills
• Service oriented
