• Description : The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker who has Solid experience and background in commercial law, corporate law. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in the following sectors: Construction, Real Estate, and/or Hospitality. To determine all commercial legal activities of the Group and to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and charters of the companies within the Group. The position assesses, control, and determine legal information to all stakeholders (e.g., cases, statutes, and regulations).Giving accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics. Collaborating with management to devise efficient defense strategies.Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
