Industrial Engineer (Malayalee)


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a Malayalee, you will have the opportunity to work in an English-speaking environment and develop your skills in the field of industrial engineering. This is a full-time position, with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Develop and implement efficient systems for production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and reduce costs
- Utilize various techniques such as Lean Six Sigma to improve productivity and efficiency
- Identify potential bottlenecks and develop strategies to increase throughput and reduce lead times
- Design layouts for factories or production facilities, considering factors such as space constraints, workflow, and safety regulations
- Monitor production performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Train staff on new processes or equipment to ensure smooth implementation
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to propose innovative solutions for process optimization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in using CAD software for designing layouts
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
