Havelock One Interiors is looking for a Lead Design to join our team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Consequently, the ideal candidate for the Lead Designer position (as well as other vacancies in KSA) shall be flexible and adaptable. Role Summary

Lead Designer is responsible for designing different projects for the company with unique and well-organized structures. The Company will undertake turnkey fit out projects for Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces , F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education etc

Duties and responsibilities

• Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval
• Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts
• Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients
• Interacting with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support
• Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained
• Ensuring that all layouts and blueprints are complying with industry codes and legal standards
• Collecting accurate information on the design requirements for projects
• Supervise the designing activities to ensure the accuracy of their structural plans
• Maintain contact with clients during building construction to help resolve possible design problems
• Liaising with the Project Manager and all other relevant Departments in regard to all design and engineering scheduling

We are looking for a versatile Lead Designer in KSA who has the following experience, skills and personal attributes:

• Bachelors degree in architecture or relevant field
• Having more than 8 years of interior fit out experience encompassing design, detailing, joinery, and furniture installation
• Possess the ability to develop projects through the full design process from concept design to project delivery
• Excellent technical skills, particularly with AutoCAD software
• Strong creative design and time management skills
• Excellent calculations and mathematical skills
