• Exciting opportunity to join a major Real Estate asset management company
• Must have a minimum of 10+ PQE + US Qualified Lawyer

As a Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and advice on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and real estate litigation matters. The ideal candidate for this position is a US-qualified lawyer with extensive experience in real estate assets across the GCC region. You will be responsible for handling complex legal issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and protecting the company's interests.

• Provide expert legal advice and support on corporate commercial matters, including contracts, agreements, and business transactions.
• Handle real estate-related legal matters, including property acquisitions, leasing agreements, and property development projects.
• Conduct legal due diligence on potential real estate investments and transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and other legal agreements.
• Oversee and manage real estate litigation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and provide strategic guidance to mitigate potential liabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with local and international laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to real estate operations.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, when necessary, to seek specialized advice or support.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures related to legal matters.
• Advise on legal compliance matters and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

• US-qualified lawyer with a valid license to practice law in the United States.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on real estate assets across the GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of corporate commercial law, real estate transactions, and litigation processes.
• Proven experience in handling real estate litigation cases, including dispute resolution and negotiation.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to real estate operations in Qatar and the GCC region.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage but not essential
