Full Job Description
Work Description:
• Provides legal consultation and/or solution
to legal concerns and problems.
• Reviews various contracts such as
but not limited to lease contracts, suppliers contracts and franchise
contracts and make necessary recommendation and revision to make sure
that each provision is aligned to the business goals and protects the
best interest of the company
• Acts as an house lawyer and drafts
statement of defense and/or claims
• Prepares minutes of the
meeting for Board Meeting and General Assembly Meeting
• Negotiates
the company s rights and obligations and advises the company and its
management on their duties and obligations and liabilities under
relevant laws and regulatory contracts
• Assumes the responsibility
of the Group Legal Manager in his absence
• Initiates the
development of legal document management system
• Performs other
job- related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor s
Degree
• License of law
• With at least 5 years of working
experience as Legal in a corporate setting or with mid- career
contentious and non- contentious legal experience.
• Experience in
Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate buyouts and setting-up
companies.
• Proficient in MS Word
• Good English communication
skills, both written and spoken
• Preferred Indian Male
