Expert and Consultant in Project Management
- Have a university
qualification in project management / information systems /
engineering or equivalent, preferably a master’s degree in project
management or equivalent.
- Holds a recognized certificate in the
field of project management from one of the official international
institutes/centres for project management.
- He has at least 10
years of experience in the field of project management
He must have
the ability to perform the following tasks:
- The ability to use
artificial intelligence techniques to develop work efficiency and
achievement.
- Familiarity with Arabic and English.
- The
ability to provide consultations in the field of project management
and its various topics.
- Providing advice and guidance in the
field of project management for ongoing and future projects.

Providing consultations on improving processes and increasing
efficiency in project management.
- Developing project management
office methodologies and methods according to recent developments in
organizing project management offices:
- Develop and improve
project management methodologies for the office.
- Updating
processes and methods to ensure best practice compliance.

Developing the PMO Service Catalog.
- Monitor and follow up on
project performance.
- Providing the necessary support to
departments in implementing projects effectively according to
specified timelines and budgets.
- Monitor the progress of projects
and prepare periodic reports on performance and potential problems
with proposed solutions.
- Supporting the office’s clients in using
the project management system, while participating in the continuous
development of the system according to requirements and changes.

Supporting departments in analyzing potential project risks,
developing a strategy to deal with them, and following up on their
resolution.
- Implementing procedures to reduce risks and ensure
the achievement of objectives.
- Preparing programs to develop
cadres in the field of projects.
- Directing and developing the
office team in the field of project management.
- Organizing
training courses and workshops to enhance the skills of the office’s
clients.
- Preparing and developing performance indicators for the
office and projects, measuring them, and preparing periodic analytical
reports with proposals and recommendations.
- Participate in
developing development strategies to achieve the Authority’s
objectives in the field of project management.
- Participation in
any other work related to the Project Management Office
