Full Job Description

Charterhouse is working exclusively with a top construction consulting firm who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruiter to work very closely with the Recruitment Head for the Qatar region.

This position will involve dealing with several projects simultaneously and would suit a talented individual who is used to working in a busy, demanding environment. You should have the ability to work autonomously and effectively multitask and be happy to adopt a hands on approach. The role will involve complete involvement in the full A-Z recruitment cycle, from initial source and selection, through to conducting interviews, offer negotiation and Manpower Planning. You will also have a small team whereby you will coach, mentor and train.

To be successful, it is essential that you have construction recruitment experience and are serious about relocating to this region. You should have extremely strong recruitment skills within the construction, engineering or Oil and gas sectors and have the ability to hit the ground running with minimal training.
