As the market in the Middle East increases in complexity, the needs for sophisticated ITS skills are on the rise. This is a lovely opportunity to move to the region as a Manger and develop and grow your career as the market develops.
This role is ideal for a person interested in aiding large corporations with having a robust tax strategy.
Whether it is a Middle East based group investing internationally or a EU/US group investing into the region, understanding the impact of tax policy and legislative changes on their operations and how their cross-border transactions will be affected is imperative.
You will aid the firms with cross-border corporate transactions (acquisitions/disposals/ expansion/reorganisation).
Managing the repatriation of profits.
Managing group intellectual property and other intangible assets.
Understanding the potential impact of the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting initiatives on your operation.
Implementing complex structures
Assessing Pillar 2 impact.
