Water Villa Wooden Housing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of water villa wooden housing projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to execution and final delivery

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess the viability and suitability of the water villa wooden housing projects.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into implementable plans.

Prepare project budgets, considering materials, labor, and other related costs.

Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Identify cost-saving measures and alternative solutions to optimize project costs.

Lead and manage a project team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, facilitating their professional growth and development.

Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with construction and safety standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements :

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. (Master's degree is preferred)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically in wooden housing or marine construction preferred.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. -Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Excellent leadership and team management skills. -Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. -Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. -PMP certification is an advantage.
