- Lead the organization and execution of industrial hygiene workshops, and design and implement applicable workplace health protection trainings on various industrial hygiene and worker welfare issues. - Lead annual laboratory management review to assess the effectiveness of the laboratory quality management system (LQMS) and make necessary improvements. This includes reviewing quality objectives, audit results, and customer feedback.
- Plan and conduct internal audit to assess the laboratory compliance with ISO 17025 standards and other customer requirements. Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and corrective actions. Oversee internal audit processes, external assessments, proficiency testing programs, document control systems, competency assessment, training, and other quality processes.
- Prepare and coordinate external audits and assessment by accreditation and certification bodies.
