Requirements
  • Law degree obtained from universities identified in the World Higher Education Database (WHED) published by the International Association of Universities.
  • More than 15 years of practical and relevant experience since obtaining the educational qualifications specified, with a minimum of 7 years of specialized experience in transaction advisory and PPPs.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in North America, W. Europe, UK, Australia, or New Zealand or an equivalent developed country or GCC.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with roles similar to the proposed role.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPP procedures and processes.
  • In-depth understanding of sector and environmental legislation and regulations.
  • Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large PPP projects.
  • Strong communication skills both orally and written to build and maintain excellent working relationships within complex structures, both internally and with various project stakeholders.
Desirable Requirements
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Chartership, Licensed or Professional Certification obtained from internationally recognized professional institutions or organizations is highly desirable.

About you

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • Educational degree sufficient to qualify for practicing law in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g. J.D. for US jurisdictions or Bachelor's Degree for other common law jurisdictions).
  • Must be licensed to practice law in a US or European (including UK and Ireland) jurisdiction; consideration may be given to those licensed in other common law jurisdictions based on experience.
  • Must have 3-5 years of work experience in a law firm or dedicated legal environment.
