- Oversee the preparation of documentation for litigation and dispute resolution processes, including evidence compilation, drafting legal briefs, and coordinating with external counsel.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external legal advisors and services, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with internal legal strategies.
- Lead assigned legal projects and initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, tracking timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline from a recognized university. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience within large organizations, with a minimum of 5 years in roles involving increasing managerial responsibility and leadership.
