The Legal Counsel will provide in-house legal expertise to Life Care Clinic, ensuring compliance with Qatari laws, Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations, and corporate governance standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Advisory & Compliance

* Ensure full compliance with Qatari Labour Law, MoPH licensing, and other healthcare regulations. Advise management on legal risks and regulatory obligations affecting clinic operations

* Monitor changes in healthcare laws and regulations, advising management on their impact.

2. Contracts & Agreements
