ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented contractual Real Estate Market Researcher to support our Research Department in Doha, Qatar . This role is ideal for candidates who are academically inclined, analytical, and have a keen interest in the real estate sector. The researcher will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting real estate market data to support advisory, valuation, and consulting mandates.

This is a contractual role, offering flexibility for candidates who may be studying or engaged in other pursuits. The candidate MUST possess a No-Objection Certificate to be employed, as the company will not sponsor visas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Collect and analyze market data on real estate sectors across Qatar, including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
  2. Track supply-demand dynamics, pricing trends, occupancy rates, and transaction activity.
  3. Compile and maintain databases on real estate projects, developers, and investment activities.
  4. Assist in preparing market research reports, presentations, and sector updates for internal and client use.
