Job Description:
We are seeking female real estate consultants to join our Residential Leasing & Sales team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build strong client relationships while achieving sales and leasing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential properties (leasing & sales).
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain and expand a strong client network.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of market trends, prices, and competition.
- Handle all necessary documentation and contracts related to leasing and sales.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Proven experience in real estate (leasing and/or sales) preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/French other languages is a plus).
- Must be currently based in Qatar with valid residency permit and QID.
