Your Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated Dukhan Industrial City (DIC) and offshore in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.

The Technical Account Manager plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for their assigned accounts. The Technical Account Manager ensures the customer receives exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.

The work model for this role (onsite)

This role is contributing to Process Automation Business Area based in Doha, Qatar .

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Customer Support & Relationship Management: Handle technical requests, build strong relationships at all levels, and proactively support customers by anticipating their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and Account Managers to deliver timely offers, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate resources to overcome obstacles.
  • Service Delivery & Performance: Manage service contracts, ensure timely delivery and compliance with KPIs, track performance metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Sales & Value Expansion: Identify sales opportunities, support pre- and post-sales processes, suggest upgrades, reduce support costs, and ensure 100% contract renewals while demonstrating the value of services delivered.


Qualifications for the Role:
  • Educational: Graduate in Electrical/Automation Engineering (preferably electrical automation).
  • Experience and Process Automation Industry Background: Over 8 years of experience in process automation or the Oil & Gas industry onshore and offshore for process automation, including 5+ years either in Technical Account Management or Technical Lead or Engineering/Service Lead roles in Process Automation business is a Must-Have. (Candidates who work currently in Sales Manager roles and have a previous experience as Technical Lead or Engineering/Service Lead roles in process automation can be considered).
  • Technical Process Automation Expertise: Strong hands-on technical experience with DCS , Safety Systems (ESD/FGS), SCADA /RTU, PMS/ELICS is a Must-Have along with ABB or other OEM systems; deep knowledge of ABB solutions including Legacy Systems (Infi90, Freelance), ICSS (AC800M/AC800MHI), and Instrumentation.
  • Skills & Communication: Proficient in industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC, Profibus, Profinet, FF), with the ability to understand customer needs and propose timely solutions; fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • ABB Product Knowledge: Familiarity with ABB Energy Industries' offerings in other process industries is a Preferred-to Have .

We are seeking a Catering Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for securing and servicing catering business from both the social and corporate market through proactive promotion, prospecting, and client relationship management. Responsibilities

Secure and service Catering Business from Social and Corporate Market, through promotion, and prospecting, while maintaining standards and revenue.

Actively solicit new business and respond to inquiries with the intention of confirming profitable catering business and achieving Quarterly Sales Goals. Maintain an active trace / follow-up system on all inquiries and personal sales calls.

Conduct property tours and entertain planners of meetings, social events, and weddings.

Act as the liaison between the client and the hotel for all of the client needs. (i.e. hotel rooms, catering and events, audio visual, transportation, off-site event recommendations)

Communicate effectively with the sales managers responsible for booking various group business, as well as all other department staff members who will be involved in carrying out the needs of a group / guests.

Plan and / or attend and / or participate in meetings with hotel staff and clients, including but not exclusive to : Morning Operations Briefing, Morning CS Briefing, Resume Meeting, Banquet Event Order Meeting, Sales Meeting, Pre-Convention Meetings, Bi-Monthly Board of Operations, Menu Tastings, and Planning Visits.

Excellent knowledge of hotel facilities and capacities and dimensions of meeting rooms.

Maintain the policies set forth in the group sales contract. (i.e. deposits, cut off dates, attrition, rooming lists, billing instructions)

Develop creative and attractive menu presentations for potential clients. Maintain an active trace / follow-up system on all personal sales calls.

Coordinate the sales efforts between sales department and catering to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenues.

Finalize the requirements of confirmed bookings while maximizing revenue potential through up selling and ensuring effective communication both written (Resumes, BEO, Daily Reports) and personal contact with all departments for the success of the event. Ensure accuracy of Banquet Checks and provide bill review on completion of program or event. Prepare a monthly booking report.

Keep Director of Catering promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matter so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate.

Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee.

Reporting & Compliance

Record medical representatives' visits in the logbook and prepare monthly consolidated reports as required.

Update sales and customer trackers daily.

Report bounce items instantly through the system.

Attend management meetings, even on off days, as required.

Housekeeping & Professional Standards

Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper arrangements of pharmacy stock.

Follow proper dress code and personal grooming guidelines as per company policy.

Support pharmacy operations in opening and closing sales sessions.
