POSITION SUMMARY

Pick-up and drop-off laundry at other properties using laundry truck. Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Secure vehicle keys when not in use. Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip. Park vehicle in designated location when not in use. Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle.

This critical role is a blend of expert driving, meticulous vehicle care, and on-site team leadership. You will be the key person ensuring our staff and assets are managed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving & Transportation:

· Safely transport the car wash team from their camp/accommodation to various client locations across Qatar according to the daily schedule.

· Plan the most efficient routes to ensure punctuality for all appointments.

· Strictly adhere to all Qatar traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.

· Understand that you are responsible for the safety of your team, the public, and the company's assets.

1. Vehicle & Asset Management:

· Take exceptional care of the company-assigned vehicle (2025 model). This is a primary duty.

· Perform daily checks of the vehicle's condition (oil, water, tires, fuel, overall cleanliness).

· Report any mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance needs to management immediately.

· Ensure the vehicle is always kept in pristine condition, both interior and exterior.

· Must sign and abide by a company Confidentiality Agreement.

1. Team Supervision & Quality Control:

· Directly supervise, instruct, and guide the car wash "boys" (technicians) at each location.

· Assign specific vehicles to team members and ensure tasks are distributed fairly and efficiently.

· Conduct a final detailed inspection of every vehicle after service. Ensure there are zero stains, zero marks, and zero spots left behind. The car must be delivered in perfect condition.

1. Operational Efficiency:

· Ensure the team completes each wash within the allocated time to maintain the daily schedule.

· Maintain a professional demeanor and serve as a representative of Xtreme Auto Care on-site with clients.
