Long Haul Truck Driver Location: Doha, Qatar

We are hiring a reliable and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team in Doha. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over long distances while adhering to all safety regulations. This is a physically demanding role that requires long hours of driving and excellent navigation skills.

Responsibilities: - Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials over long distances - Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods to their destination - Load and unload cargo as needed using proper equipment and techniques - Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and clearances for transportation of goods across borders - Perform routine inspections on the truck before and after trips, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel - Keep accurate logs of working hours, kilometers driven, rest periods, etc. - Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while operating the truck

Requirements: - Valid Pakistani nationality with a biometric passport - Fluent in English - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Truck Driver - Clean driving record - Physically fit with excellent hand-eye coordination - Ability to work long hours and travel overnight if needed - Familiarity with GPS devices and electronic logging systems

- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
- Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.

We are in need of Delivery Vehicle Driver to Join On-Board Immediately with following Criteria's:
**Requirements**:

- Qatar Driving License is a MUST (Manual & Automatic).
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
- Good communication skills and customer service.
- Extensive knowledge of applicable driving rules and regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of Qatar Areas and locations.
- No recent moving or driving violations.
- Age must be between 25 and 35.
- Consistently follow safety precautions.
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc).
- Can join immediately.
- Can provide N.O.C.
- Experience of 2-4 yrs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
- Communicate with costumers to successfully deliver their orders
- Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.
- Comply with vehicles driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
- Report defects, accidents or violations.

*Skills:

- Good oral and written communication skills in English - Arabic a plus.
- Hardworking, responsible, trustworthy and willing to work overtime.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Skilled driver of heavy goods trucks and trailers and ability to operate such vehicles and equipment.
