The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a department or unit within the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve desired results.

• Oversee the daily activities of the department or unit they are assigned to
• Develop strategies and plans for achieving short-term and long-term goals
• Monitor performance and evaluate progress against established goals

Work Scheme: Rotational 28 days On and 28 days Off

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in any Engineering field or equivalent.
• Hydrocarbon and process safety experience is a must, instrument and electrical background to a certain level is required.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in O&G production operations, as supervisor

Certifications:

• T-BOSIET / H2S
• Fitness to Work Certificate
• Basic and Advanced Firefighting
• Management of Major Emergencies
• Offshore Emergency Response Team Leader
• Advanced First Aid

Required Competencies

Technical knowledge:

• Thorough understanding and use of P&ID and C&E drawings, and isolation principles,
• Basic understanding of instrumentation and control equipment principles, including fault diagnosis,
• Knowledgeable in industry process safety guidelines and procedures,
• Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory),

Responsibilities

Responsible for:

• the production performance of the assigned area,
• the safety of all (permanent and non-permanent) occupants of the assigned area,
• being an Authority within the assigned area, see details below
• being the On-Scene Commander in the event of an Emergency Response.
• actively participate as a permanent member of the platform in respect of the team.

• 08-10 years of hands on experience in the heavy equipment, lifting & rigging, maintenance and operation of mobile cranes, overhead cranes, winches, forklifts, etc. in construction and/or petrochemical environment with a multinational workforce.
