Your Day to Day
As an Accounts Supervisor, you will need to have a strong background in general cashiering responsibilities and income audit processes. This role will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting the overall financial operations our property.
Additional responsibilities include:
- To manage all daily cash and cheque collection (from cashiers, bill collectors) in the strict respect of hotel policies and to formally reconcile collected amounts with system reports.
- To perform daily foreign currency exchange with the officially appointed money changer and check and reconcile all foreign exchange submission and calculation from Front Office and POS
- To prepare and perform without delay banking of all daily cash and cheques collected
- To prepare on daily basis the General Cashier Report where daily collection/banking is formally reconciled.
- To maintain all in-house funds at operational level by timely reimbursing cashier’s paid-outs and proceed randomly to float count, formalized in report.
- To monitor the daily hotel foreign exchange rates and updates all rates as per hotel policy.
- To balance petty cash disbursements against petty cash float and ensure the timely reimbursement so that all petty cash needs are catered for, in the strict respect of hotel policies.
- To ensure the safeguard of all cheques and cash received in his/her custody
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and communication
- To monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least one year in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of general cashiering and income audit processes
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Supervisor, located in Doha, Qatar. The Telecommunications Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the telecommunications team, ensuring efficient communication systems and network performance. Responsibilities include supervising and training team members, managing telecommunications projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-year Technical Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operation and maintenance of telecom, smart metering, or IoT networks and equipment.
- Proficient with head-end systems and meter data management applications as an advanced level user. Experience with Siemens EnergyIP and Siemens SIE UDIS is preferred.
- At least 3 years of recent experience in testing, installation, and maintenance of meters/communication and measuring equipment.
- Experience with RF communication for smart metering/IoT devices, cellular, and MBUS communication for smart meters is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with telecommunication and connectivity testing equipment.
- Strong skills in reporting, site data analysis, and field work monitoring. Ability to manage technician teams and instruct troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, ERP, and GIS applications.
- Basic knowledge of IT, including desktop/windows software, IP addressing, LAN/WAN services, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel between venues/depots for configurations, installations, inspections, and site-related work, including outside normal office hours.
- This position requires mobile communication outside normal hours for emergencies.

the Typhoon aircraft or aircraft components.

component. Responsible for meeting agreed delivery targets at a tactical level.
Demonstrates people management and leadership skills. Demonstrates awareness of

They should be able to demonstrate a distinct
ability to analyse and diagnose faults to the Typhoon, equipment and
assemblies, follow diagnostic procedures and work effectively within a team.
Providing guidance to less experienced team members in a diverse and dynamic
operational environment.
Core Activity
Undertake and complete tasked
maintenance & diagnostic activities on the Typhoon or weapons systems/components which may
include, as appropriate, aircraft ground handling, flight servicing, aircraft role changes, embodiments, component
removals, inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications,
replacements and/or functional/system test
Undertaking detailed maintenance, inspection
and supervision activities on an aircraft or aircraft components. Assuring work

the team. Develop team members using formal assessment processes, e.g.
PDR s, support and sponsor training requests including on the job training .
Demonstrate sound and comprehensive communication and people management skills
in order to exchange complicated information
Undertaking fault evaluation and raise
ad hoc work cards and for found faults during maintenance
Ability to scope and carry out
independent and vital inspections
Demonstrating a flexible and proactive
attitude to carrying out responsibilities appropriate to the role and tasks

Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, identify potential

Provide periodic reporting for procurement manager on purchasing, controls and processes.
Develop supplier database and establish annual purchasing contracts for lower value, high value items.
Ensure principles of value for money, transparency, fairness, efficiency and accountability are evident in all AH’s
dealings.
Advise procurement manger regarding improvement to procurement process.
Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned from time to time based on business requirements.
