The Weapons senior sup ervisor is responsible
to the rectification controller and should be an experienced and skilled
armament technician undertaking a range of detailed maintenance activities on
the Typhoon aircraft or aircraft components.

They will be responsible for maintaining airworthiness through
appropriate task delegation and authorisation on an aircraft or aircraft

Supervising the team to ensure that maintenance
is undertaken to schedule and highlight any issues, escalate as required.

Ensuring staff are

them. Maintain personal & teams task authorisation for working on an
aircraft or components in accordance with AMC requirements

Undertaking support tasks
within the Aircraft or component maintenance facility which are required to
maintain compliance with the MOE and AMC procedures (e.g. oversight checks,
control of tooling / test equipment)

Provide guidance and leadership to
the team. Develop team members using formal assessment processes, e.g.
PDR s, support and sponsor training requests including on the job training .

Your Day to Day

As an Accounts Supervisor, you will need tohave a strong background in general cashiering responsibilities and income audit processes. This role will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting the overall financial operations our property.

Additional responsibilities include:

• To manage all daily cash and cheque collection (from cashiers, bill collectors) in the strict respect of hotel policies and to formally reconcile collected amounts with system reports.
• To perform daily foreign currency exchange with the officially appointed money changer and check and reconcile all foreign exchange submission and calculation from Front Office and POS
• To prepare and perform without delay banking of all daily cash and cheques collected
• To prepare on daily basis the General Cashier Report where daily collection/banking is formally reconciled.
• To maintain all in-house funds at operational level by timely reimbursing cashier's paid-outs and proceed randomly to float count, formalized in report.
• To monitorthe daily hotel foreign exchange rates and updates all rates as per hotel policy.
• To balance petty cash disbursements against petty cash float and ensure the timely reimbursement so that all petty cash needs are catered for, in the strict respect of hotel policies.
• To ensure the safeguard of all cheques and cash received in his/her custody
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and communication
• To monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least one year in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of general cashiering and income audit processes
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Management of Shift Maintenance Operations

Supervise daily maintenance activities for automation systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, overhauls, and repairs to ensure equipment functionality.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate automation equipment and modify systems to prevent obsolescence.

Review processes for optimization and collaborate with engineers on improvements.

5. CONTEXT & WORK ENVIRONMENT :

The Supervisor reports to the Automation Engineer, planning daily operations and coordinating repairs for automation equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

6. DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY :

Key decisions are subject to approval by the Automation Engineer. The role exercises financial authority as per management levels.

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

Minimum Qualifications : Higher National Diploma in Instrument/Automation Engineering or relevant field.

Minimum Experience : 8 years in instrumentation and automation within Petrochemical/Oil & Gas, with 2 years supervisory experience.

Technical Skills : Knowledge of automation systems, problem-solving tools, maintenance management, SAP, predictive maintenance, and plant operations.

Soft Skills : Mentoring, coaching, people management, employee relations, health and safety management, planning, attention to detail, analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
