Job Description

Responsibilities:
Develop and create creative on air program, in accordance to the characteristic and requirement of each day-part, starting from getting the idea, searching and collect required informations, perform a broadcast reporting and prepared necessary on air script writing including directing the announcer on what or how to deliver it. Preparing the implementation evaluation report is also part of his/her responsibility

Requirements:

  • Have a minimum 1 year experience in radio business or other media company
  • Fluent in English is required
  • Self-starter, good planner and organizer also having a good initiative, analytical and conceptual ability.
  • Excellent communication skills as well as a good teamwork would be a minimum requirement for this position

The ideal candidate will bring a unique voice, lively personality, and exceptional energy to entertain, engage, and inspire our audience. Key Responsibilities Host live shows with charisma, enthusiasm, and spontaneity to captivate listeners. Deliver high-quality recordings for advertisements and promotions in English and Malayalam. Interact with listeners through live calls, social media, and on-air contests to build meaningful connections. Develop engaging, creative, and entertaining content tailored to diverse audiences. Interpret scripts with versatility, adapting tone, mood, and delivery as needed. Collaborate with producers, sound engineers, and marketing teams to align content with station goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in radio presenting, voice-over work, or related fields. Vibrant and outgoing personality with a natural flair for entertaining audiences. Fluency in English and Malayalam, with excellent pronunciation and diction (Hindi proficiency is an advantage). Ability to adjust tone, pitch, and mood to suit different content and audiences. Creative mindset with innovative ideas for show content and audience engagement. Familiarity with radio consoles, audio editing software, and live broadcasting tools. Strong punctuality and time-management skills to adhere to on-air schedules. Portfolio Submit voice samples showcasing your versatility in English and Malayalam.
