Overview Of The Role
As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for controlling and guiding the repair and maintenance activities in the workshop. Your goal will be to achieve or exceed business targets by ensuring maximum productivity and technical efficiency on the technical floor, all while maintaining topmost customer satisfaction
What You Will Do
- Utilize work bays efficiently and plan workshop capacity and loading
- Optimize productivity, efficiency, and workshop output, and continuously review for improvement
- Administer technicians' time booking and update the incentive system
- Ensure safety and security of associates on the floor
- Implement dealer standards on the workshop floor and ensure quality inspections
- Motivate and guide associates, providing necessary training and development
- Conduct effective daily and weekly meetings with the technician team

- Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

What you will do:
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete and compliant with SOPs, including approvals, customer submissions, and system records.
- Support Sales Consultants with deal processing: sales order creation, chassis tagging, PDI coordination, logistics tracking, and invoice preparation.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, PDI, and bodybuilders/fabrication partners to ensure timely flow of information and vehicle readiness.

Overview of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, adding new customers, and retaining existing ones while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for HONDA and GAC fleet vehicles. This position requires proactive engagement with B2B clients, strong relationship-building skills, and a thorough understanding of the automotive market
What You Will Do
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for HONDA and GAC fleet vehicles
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Fleet Sales Manager
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales volume
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate with the after-sales service team to ensure customers receive excellent post-purchase support
• Stay updated on new product launches and technological advancements in the automotive industr
Required Skills to be Successful
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in automotive sales or B2B sales
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Valid Qatar driving license and Arabic speaker is an added advantage
About the Team
You will be part of a dedicated and passionate team within the B2B (Fleet) department, working closely with the Fleet Sales Manager and other colleagues to create a quality sales and service culture. Our team is committed to promoting a customer-centric approach and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable

Automobile Dealership Experience - American Auto Sales Manager- Maintain an adequate sales force.
- Counsel, advise, assist, and direct the sales team and showroom staff in their activities.
- Interview potential sales employees and make hiring recommendations.
- Assess the performance of the sales team and facilitate their development through training and personal growth opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing training based on recognized sales methods, techniques, and company policies and procedures.
