Job Purpose

  • Organise, administer and update the Company's master data on organizational structure, cost centre organisation assignments, positions on SAP Organizational Management Module and maintain the contractors' database in SAP and in organisation charts.


Key Job Accountabilities - I

  • Maintain and update the Company organization structure and position assignments in SAP and Org Charter. Ensure accurate data files by inputting and checking data against source documents.
  • Analyse and administer of the new and revised department organization charts and changes to positions and titles.
  • Prepare, maintain and update, through SAP, the establishment workforce reports.
  • Collate workforce data input for the annual Corporate Planning benchmarking exercise and recommend changes to present system to ease the collection of data for future presentations and reports.
  • Receive and check organisation requests for employee movement in respect of position titles, transfers and organisation changes. Review PAFs and indicate whether recommendations are within establishment and align to the approved MP budget.


Key Job Accountabilities - II

  • Prepare and check data accuracy of numerous month end workforce reports, summaries and graphs via SAP ad hoc reports for distribution to senior management. Write ad hoc queries and prepare reports as required, including contribution to Annual statistical reports.
  • Support in the coordination and consolidation of the annual Workforce Budget and forecasting program. Organise meetings with Department Managers to discuss planned increases/ deletions, reclassification / redesignations and prepares management summaries and participates in meetings held with Managers to discuss and finalize workforce forecasts.
  • Assist and maintain the contractors under Contractor Work Orders (CWO) data base in SAP and positions in the org charts which includes liaison with IT for those contractors authorised for processing WFs, creating email accounts and TOFA responsibilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of Secondee administration documentation, including letters and Personnel Movement forms for parent company approval and the monthly movement report. Provide support in the coordination of the nomination and interview of new Secondee and liaise with JV Partners.
  • Act as the focal point for resolution of identified MP planning and organisation chart, problems or required software.


Qualifications

  • Master’s or other advanced degree in related subject matter expertise (industrial and labor relations, social science, labor economics, employment or labor law, workforce development) with relevant expertise related to labor unions, inequality and equity issues, and climate change.
  • Candidate should have at least 2 to 4 years of experience working with the labor movement or on climate change with an emphasis on worker, labor or social justice issues.
  • Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented research setting.
  • Strong skills in written communication, report writing, quantitative, qualitative, and geospatial analysis, and policy research and analysis.

Job Description

The IT Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel’s entire technology infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and continuous availability of critical systems across all departments. This includes, but is not limited to, Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), financial systems, guest internet services, and telecommunications. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-service mindset to support hotel colleagues and guests while driving the hotel’s digital innovation and security initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of IT systems, including servers, networks, PMS, POS, telephone systems, Wi-Fi, CCTV, CRM, and back-office systems.
  • Ensure all systems are operational 24/7 to support hotel operations and guest services.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain data backups, disaster recovery plans, and ensure data integrity.
Technical Support & Maintenance
  • Provide prompt and effective support to all departments for IT-related issues.
  • Maintain and manage hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, switches, routers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure equipment lifecycle is properly managed.
  • Ensure all system software and firmware are updated and patched regularly.
Security & Compliance
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard hotel data and guest information.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
  • Conduct routine audits and risk assessments.
  • Enforce adherence to brand and corporate IT policies and procedures.
Projects & Innovation
  • Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects including upgrades, rollouts, and system integrations.
  • Coordinate with corporate IT teams, vendors, and service providers.
  • Maintain updated documentation (SOPs, architecture diagrams, configuration records).
Budgeting & Procurement
  • Prepare and manage the hotel’s IT budget, aligning with business goals and operational needs.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and service.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, contract renewals, and service agreements.
Training & Development
  • Conduct training for hotel staff on IT systems, data security, and usage best practices.
  • Create user guides and system manuals as required.
  • Stay updated on the latest hospitality technology trends and innovations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of IT Manager experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, MICROS POS, SunSystems, and related platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, service-driven environment

Job Purpose

  • Organise, administer and update the Company's master data on organizational structure, cost centre organisation assignments, positions on SAP Organizational Management Module and maintain the contractors' database in SAP and in organisation charts.

Key Job Accountabilities - I

  • Maintain and update the Company organization structure and position assignments in SAP and Org Charter.  Ensure accurate data files by inputting and checking data against source documents.
  • Analyse and administer of the new and revised department organization charts and changes to positions and titles.
  • Prepare, maintain and update, through SAP, the establishment workforce reports.
  • Collate workforce data input for the annual Corporate Planning benchmarking exercise and recommend changes to present system to ease the collection of data for future presentations and reports.
  • Receive and check organisation requests for employee movement in respect of position titles, transfers and organisation changes.  Review PAFs and indicate whether recommendations are within establishment and align to the approved MP budget.

Key Job Accountabilities - II

  • Prepare and check data accuracy of numerous month end workforce reports, summaries and graphs via SAP ad hoc reports for distribution to senior management. Write ad hoc queries and prepare reports as required, including contribution to Annual statistical reports.
  • Support in the coordination and consolidation of the annual Workforce Budget and forecasting program. Organise meetings with Department Managers to discuss planned increases/ deletions, reclassification / redesignations and prepares management summaries and participates in meetings held with Managers to discuss and finalize workforce forecasts.
  • Assist and maintain the contractors under Contractor Work Orders (CWO) data base in SAP and positions in the org charts which includes liaison with IT for those contractors authorised for processing WFs, creating email accounts and TOFA responsibilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of Secondee administration documentation, including letters and Personnel Movement forms for parent company approval and the monthly movement report.  Provide support in the coordination of the nomination and interview of new Secondee and liaise with JV Partners.
  • Act as the focal point for resolution of identified MP planning and organisation chart, problems or required software.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or, administration.

Knowledge and/or Experience - I

  • 6 years' experience with analytical and technical skills in personnel and workforce control preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience in SAP org database and statistical applications in relevant data gathering, processing and presentation activities.
