Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with different Government authority (such as Immigration, Ministry of Labor, Municipality, Traffic Department, Department of Economy, Security, Airport – Meet & Assist, NTA and others) for various jobs.
  • Submitting and collecting of documents to Government agencies.
  • Evaluate type of applications.
  • Typing of documents.
  • Completing the documents accordingly prior to submittal.
  • Keeping a balance file of submitted documents for prior follow ups.
  • Ensures that files are properly arrange for future records.
  • Filing of Document on a timely manner.
  • Keeping records of any payments made for proper invoicing.
  • Arranges for company commercial registrations, memberships, etc.
  • Supports employees and visitors in dealing with all governmental departments by providing relevant contacts, addresses, forms, etc.
  • Obtains municipality permissions for company projects as and when required.
  • Develops new contacts at depa rtments as and when required.
  • Assists in resolving issues related to government departments (Ministries, Police, Custom, etc.)
  • Handles all relevant correspondence.
  • Watches the changes and communicate them to cooperating departments or individuals to be aware of standard procedures, legal requirements.
  • Keeps proper filling and archiving system for all processed documentation.
  • Handles all documents as appropriate reflecting the urgency and confidentiality status.
  • Maintains the company car fleets for any requirements.
  • Handles any visitors processes since arrived in Doha.
  • Assists the any requirements for the company accommodation.
  • Supervises and tracks residence permit and visa process.

Job Purpose

  • Organise, administer and update the Company's master data on organizational structure, cost centre organisation assignments, positions on SAP Organizational Management Module and maintain the contractors' database in SAP and in organisation charts.

Key Job Accountabilities - I

  • Maintain and update the Company organization structure and position assignments in SAP and Org Charter.  Ensure accurate data files by inputting and checking data against source documents.
  • Analyse and administer of the new and revised department organization charts and changes to positions and titles.
  • Prepare, maintain and update, through SAP, the establishment workforce reports.
  • Collate workforce data input for the annual Corporate Planning benchmarking exercise and recommend changes to present system to ease the collection of data for future presentations and reports.
  • Receive and check organisation requests for employee movement in respect of position titles, transfers and organisation changes.  Review PAFs and indicate whether recommendations are within establishment and align to the approved MP budget.

Key Job Accountabilities - II

  • Prepare and check data accuracy of numerous month end workforce reports, summaries and graphs via SAP ad hoc reports for distribution to senior management. Write ad hoc queries and prepare reports as required, including contribution to Annual statistical reports.
  • Support in the coordination and consolidation of the annual Workforce Budget and forecasting program. Organise meetings with Department Managers to discuss planned increases/ deletions, reclassification / redesignations and prepares management summaries and participates in meetings held with Managers to discuss and finalize workforce forecasts.
  • Assist and maintain the contractors under Contractor Work Orders (CWO) data base in SAP and positions in the org charts which includes liaison with IT for those contractors authorised for processing WFs, creating email accounts and TOFA responsibilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of Secondee administration documentation, including letters and Personnel Movement forms for parent company approval and the monthly movement report.  Provide support in the coordination of the nomination and interview of new Secondee and liaise with JV Partners.
  • Act as the focal point for resolution of identified MP planning and organisation chart, problems or required software.

Profile description:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or, administration.

Knowledge and/or Experience - I

  • 6 years' experience with analytical and technical skills in personnel and workforce control preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience in SAP org database and statistical applications in relevant data gathering, processing and presentation activities.

The M&E Specialist will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, tracking performance indicators, assessing program outcomes, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. The role requires strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills to support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement of programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement M&E frameworks, systems, and tools to track project performance and outcomes.
  • Develop indicators, data collection methodologies, and reporting mechanisms in alignment with project objectives.
  • Collect, verify, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare regular monitoring reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct baseline, midline, and endline evaluations and impact assessments.
  • Provide technical support to project teams on M&E planning, data management, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with donor reporting standards, including submission of accurate and timely reports.
  • Facilitate capacity-building workshops and training sessions for staff and partners on M&E best practices.
  • Identify key lessons learned and best practices to inform future programming.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Public Health, Social Sciences
    , or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum
    7–10 years of professional experience
    in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL/M&E).
  • Strong experience with donor-funded projects (USAID, UN, World Bank, or other international agencies).
  • Proven ability to design
    logical frameworks (LogFrames)
    ,
    theory of change models
    , and
    results-based management systems
    .
  • Hands-on experience with data collection, analysis, and visualization tools (SPSS, STATA, R, Power BI, Excel, KoboToolbox, DHIS2, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
