- Familiar with test integration in CI/CD environments

- Strong documentation and bug-tracking skills
- Hackathon or competitive coding experience is a plus
- Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above
- You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

- Responsible as focal point of communication amongst Subcontractors, Fabrication Yards and Clients with regards daily activities of Fabrication SCTR related with fabrication progress.
- Preparation of execution strategy and plan prior to the Project Started.
- Conducts the overall planning, management and execution of the Projects considering the aspect of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), Quality, Cost.
- Review the correct application of Construction strategies and proper assessment of Subcontractors performance against prescribed plans using key metrics and proper identification of remedial action plans via site verification and ensure proper execution
- Monitoring and tracking material purchasing process from PR released till PO process and delivery.

Job Purpose
• Plan and lead production engineering processes, ensuring optimization of gas production, water injection and activities plans to support uninterrupted feed-gas delivery from wells and reservoirs to LNG trains.
• Utilize production engineering surveillance and optimization applications and tools sufficiently for efficient and accurate decision-making to mitigate any loss of production and meet the company targets in the most cost-effective manner.
Key Job Accountabilities
• Assure production and optimization of gas and condensate from wells and reservoirs are in line with production guidelines and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen production shortages and downtime to meet LNG production and sales commitments. Ensure integration of overall well production and injection strategy in consultation with stakeholders to meet daily production targets.
• Adhere to the long-term Gas Volume & Activities Plans as per UGP process cycles sequence and align planned activities with all stakeholders in coordination with operations causing no impact on feed-gas delivery to LNG trains.
• Monitor performance of production system from reservoir to facilities and recommend additional well data acquisitions if required to investigate production performance problems.
• Ensure well testing and fluid sampling programs for production and injection wells are in place and timely implemented to capture critical well production performance time lapse data. Implement injection guidelines and quality requirements on a continual basis.
• Direct planning, designing and interpretation of production logging (PLT) to measure layer wise contributions to enhance understanding of well performance.
• Provide support and data to production development team for stimulation assessment and production enhancement of producing wells.
• Implement best in class Well and Facility and System Network Performance modelling (IPM) methodology to ensure performance as per the operating boundaries, facilitate well back allocation, well and facility performance analysis and confirm accuracy of the measurements
and metering.
• Oversee the development and implementation of real-time production and injection management and optimization and injection water quality using Real Time Information System (RTIS).
• Ensure a robust well production back allocation system in order to minimize uncertainty in production forecasting. Reports all key well production parameters to line managers and shareholders thus ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure the planning and preparation of Bi-annual surveillance workshops and ensure adequate supervision with respect to resource allocation, priority determination, soft skills development, need-based training, day-to-day technical guidance and delegation are in place to support business continuity, staff development and motivation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering.
• 10 years' experience in Production Operations, Engineering or Engineering Applications within the oil and gas industry of which 5 years are in production optimization/enhancement, planning and rig based stimulation testing including 3 years’ experience at supervisory level.
• Knowledge of petroleum engineering, offshore production, drilling & completion and process engineering, reservoir management, well modelling, stimulation and testing, computer programming and flow assurance.

- Ensure all maintenance activities are appropriately recorded and airworthiness records are maintained on relevant systems.
- Perform Rectifications Control tasking: accurate maintenance and updating of ESS State Board estimates and forecasts, briefing squadron pilots on aircraft limitations.
- Undertake and complete maintenance and diagnostic activities on aircraft or components, including ground handling, servicing, role changes, removals, inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications, replacements, and testing.
- Supervise team to ensure maintenance is scheduled and highlight issues, escalating as required, and report impacts to the wider programme.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude, taking direction appropriately.
- Ensure staff competence and approval for assigned tasks.
- Maintain personal and team task authorizations per regulatory requirements.
- Meet delivery targets through supervision of others.
- Support compliance with the MOE within the maintenance facility.
- Provide guidance and leadership, developing team members and communicating effectively.
- Undertake fault evaluation and raise work cards for found faults during maintenance.
- Scope and carry out independent inspections.
- Meet tactical delivery targets through effective supervision.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage regulatory activities effectively, setting targets, monitoring progress, and developing performance improvements. Assess issues impacting airworthiness and escalate as needed.
- Comply with all procedures, standards, and regulations, proposing changes when necessary.
- Ensure all Part 145 activities are documented and records maintained. Ensure activities are performed by qualified personnel and integrate these within the business.
- Promote Safety Management System principles, including Human Factors, Error Management, and Risk Management.
- Ensure compliance with Management System Assurance frameworks, support audits, respond to findings, and implement improvements.
- Demonstrate understanding and application of regulatory frameworks, support regulatory changes, and ensure compliance with all requirements including ITAR, EaPW, ISO, etc.
- Adhere to contractual requirements.
- Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship with relevant qualifications or a recognized Engineering Degree in aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience prior to this role.
- At least 5 years practical experience in aviation safety standards and operating practices, with 2 years relevant work in aircraft maintenance.
- 6 months recent experience on the Typhoon type aircraft.
- Knowledge of Acceptable Means of Compliance, Typhoon avionics or mechanical trades, and management training.
- Standard courses in Human Factors, E&PW Awareness, ITAR Awareness.
- IT literacy.
