- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management principles and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong computer and database management skills, including experience with SharePoint.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality control methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality auditing processes.
- Experience in process improvement techniques, such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply industry standards and regulations.
- ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join a major international engineering team in Qatar. This is a leadership-focused position where you will guide process engineering design and execution across complex oil and gas projects.
