# Qualifications
1. BS Engineering Degree and registered as a professional engineer with significant experience of minimum 10 years.
2. Has experience in hydrocarbon processing/utilities units, oil/gas industry or refinery project/process industries.
3. Has thorough knowledge in the refinery processes and project development, demonstrated experience in the project cycle, review processes, Hazops, design practices, simulations, heat & material balances development, process unit design, equipment design, hydraulic design/ calculations, and experience in using design tools, guides, project codes, and specifications.
4. Has experience in the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs) and all project related work, calculations, and documentation development.
