Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Security Forces Armorer Support to join our team! In this role you will get to support the Security Forces in Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. This position is NOT remote; you will be in Qatar full time.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Manage the accountability, protection, issue, and receive all firearms, communications, equipment, and related assets.
2. Account for, issue, and provide annual forecast for munitions needed for operations.
3. Manage armorers and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and daily task coordination for the armory.
4. Plan, schedule, and conduct all armory training. Responsible for documentation of qualifications upon completion.
5. Be knowledgeable of Air Force weapons maintenance and parts processes and shall be able to conduct maintenance on weapons.
6. Manage armory equipment as primary or alternate equipment custodian.
7. Be responsible for cleaning of all unassigned weapons.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. Three (3) years of experience managing a DoD Armory.
2. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
3. Training and experience with USAF Equipment Management Process.
4. A USAF 7 level skill identification in Combat Arms.
5. Experience with USAF munitions forecasting.

The Weapons Senior Supervisor is responsible to the rectification controller and should be an experienced and skilled armament technician undertaking a range of detailed maintenance activities on the Typhoon aircraft or aircraft components.

They will be responsible for maintaining airworthiness through appropriate task delegation and authorisation on an aircraft or aircraft component. Responsible for meeting agreed delivery targets at a tactical level. Demonstrates people management and leadership skills. Demonstrates awareness of broader external dependencies and identifies areas for continuous improvement.

They should be able to demonstrate a distinct ability to analyse and diagnose faults to the Typhoon, equipment and assemblies, follow diagnostic procedures and work effectively within a team, providing guidance to less experienced team members in a diverse and dynamic operational environment.

1. Undertake and complete tasked maintenance & diagnostic activities on the Typhoon or weapons systems/components which may include, as appropriate, aircraft ground handling, flight servicing, aircraft role changes, embodiments, component removals, inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications, replacements and/or functional/system tests.
2. Undertake detailed maintenance, inspection and supervision activities on an aircraft or aircraft components. Assure work carried out has been completed in accordance with the SOW / Work package using the relevant approved technical information. Resolve faults and maintenance issues, including an awareness of configuration management.
3. Supervise the team to ensure that maintenance is undertaken to schedule and highlight any issues, escalating as required. Report on any impact to the wider programme.
4. Ensure staff are sufficiently competent and approved for the maintenance tasks allocated to them. Maintain personal & team task authorisation for working on an aircraft or components in accordance with AMC requirements.
5. Undertake support tasks within the Aircraft or component maintenance facility which are required to maintain compliance with the MOE and AMC procedures (e.g. oversight checks, control of tooling / test equipment).
6. Provide guidance and leadership to the team. Develop team members using formal assessment processes, e.g. PDR’s, support and sponsor training requests including ‘on the job training’. Demonstrate sound and comprehensive communication and people management skills in order to exchange complicated information.
7. Undertake fault evaluation and raise ad hoc work cards for ‘found faults’ during maintenance.
8. Ability to scope and carry out independent and vital inspections.
9. Demonstrate a flexible and proactive attitude to carrying out responsibilities appropriate to the role and tasks.
10. Maintain personal & team task authorisation for working on the Typhoon or components in accordance with regulatory requirements.

A major oil and gas project requires an experienced Project Safety Officer to oversee HSE compliance during project execution phases. This role will focus on construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities for large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects, ensuring strict adherence to safety policies, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HSE support across all project stages including definition, detailed design, and execution.
• Ensure contractor compliance with project HSE requirements, corporate policies, national laws, and international standards.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with project objectives and corporate values.
• Identify and implement risk reduction measures based on hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Review and verify method statements, job safety analyses (JSA), safety certifications, and HSE documentation submitted by contractors and consultants.
