Maintain the risk management focus throughout the project duration Design Management Set clear objectives for the design team. Ensure design team are aware of, and are complying with, customer's Basis of Design and applicable regulations and codes. Monitor design activities, inter-discipline data flow and communications Procurement/Subcontracts Management Set clear objectives for the procurement and subcontracts team. Qualification and Experience

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be involved in the management of major projects or a portfolio of smaller projects across a programme of up to 200 building projects.

This role involves leading from design development, procurement, detailed design, and managing the project through delivery to handover, ensuring quality, safety, time, and cost parameters are met or exceeded.

We are seeking candidates with experience in Blue Chip, Western Project Management, Construction Management organizations, or larger Healthcare Trusts or SPVs that have successfully delivered hospitals.

This is a client-facing role, managing a professional team, local and international sub-consultants, and contractors.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree qualification (essential)

Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience (essential)

Experience with high-end buildings or major projects (essential)

Background in Main Contracting, Management Contracting, Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering (acceptable)

Experience with recognized, blue-chip construction organizations (mandatory)

Willingness to live and work at the project location

Demonstrated longevity in previous work history
