This is a hands-on role that combines creativity, logistics, and stakeholder management to deliver everything from conferences and webinars to exhibitions and brand activations. You’ll take the lead on planning and executing a diverse range of live events—working with regional and international teams to create seamless, impactful experiences. From vendor coordination to stakeholder communications, you'll be at the heart of it all. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide array of live events including exhibitions, webinars, brand activations, and corporate receptions. Manage on-site event operations—overseeing setup, registration, logistics, and attendee engagement. Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth execution. Serve as the primary events contact in Doha, working closely with the global events team. Coordinate communications across global teams, managing stakeholders in multiple time zones. Support event marketing activities, including attendee communications and post-event reporting. Prepare briefings, run-of-show documents, presentations, and event evaluations. Oversee budget reconciliation, vendor payments, and ensure compliance with local tax and financial processes. Lead projects independently while contributing to the team’s broader event strategy. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in event production, project management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Doha’s event scene, including venues, vendors, and regional industry trends. Excellent multitasking skills and high attention to detail under pressure. Strong budgeting skills and understanding of financial workflows related to event execution. Flexible schedule able to work varied hours. Passion for live events, guest experience, and operational excellence. Able to work independently with a collaborative mindset.

Job Description
Leads the project team according to BG standards (PMI based) and ensures that the BEUMER team is focused on fulfilling the contract Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to all relevant parties Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies Oversee the work of project team members, providing guidance and support as needed Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations Continuously monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes team success Inform, communicate, and coordinate internal and external project activities to BG (e.g., across departments and group companies, etc.). Ensures project execution is in conformity with the contract and project requirements. Secures the interests of BG and finds the right balance to fulfil customer satisfaction. Based on core values and “Leadership” principles, responsible for the overall management of the project team to achieve project milestones and objectives in a cost effective and timely manner. Support the process of bid management when necessary, ensuring the inclusion of practical execution experience to the bid.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and / or Commercial. Minimum 6 years of experience with min. three years working on C projects or more than two years on B projects and preferably one project handled end-to-end as Project Manager. International project exposure is a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification P/ IPMA Level C is an added advantage. Advanced proficiency in English (C1). Strong technical background with understanding of engineering principles Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices Proficiency in project management software and tools Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies Proficiency in creating and managing project budgets and financial reports Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure Willingness to travel as required for project needs
