The role will entail to maximize incremental income for DHFC Mall and contribute to the achievement of department target through implementation of a competitive and innovative Specialty Leasing initiatives directed at marketing, promoting and OFFERING OF NON-RETAIL AREAS to external organizations / associations / agencies and specialty leasing operators / event organizers / media and advertising management and sponsorships. What you will do : Implementation of Specialty Leasing Plan Business Development Retail Presentation Standards Effective relationship management with the Clients Forecasting potential revenue within the area of operation (e.g. zone 4 etc) for the Specialty Leasing Administration Effective Management and storage of SL equipment inventory (like RMU’s, Display material etc) Required skills to be successful : Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge : Preference is Education up to degree level, whist tertiary qualification in sales and marketing would be an advantage. However, if the candidate has the right know-how of the job, the above could be disregarded. Education : Bachelor’s Degree. Qualification in Sales and Marketing would be an advantage. Fluent in English. Minimum Experience and Knowledge : 3-5 years of Sales and Marketing background, in a similar field, or in the sales side of a Media / Events Management company / Mall Leasing / Property development. Arabic would be an advantage. What Equips you for the role : Job-Specific / Technical Skills required to complete the tasks : Computer skills including spread sheet, word processing programs and word processing programs and email at highly proficient level. Management Software experience, e.g. YARDI Effective written, verbal and listening communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills Team player.
