**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage immigration team in Qatar
- Develop immigration practice in Qatar
- Coach, train and motivate junior personnel
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing consistently high levels of client service
- Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
- Manage the successful delivery of immigration projects in Qatar
- Adherence to Quality and Risk Management processes.
- Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
- Key member of one of the client service groups providing full services to a client portfolio.
- Proactively manage the financial metrics on accounts.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

**About the role**

We are looking for a Zoho Consultant to design and maintain company requirements on the Zoho platform and should be efficient in implementation, getting customizations done. The Position entails taking full responsibility for the functioning of the Zoho platform and ensure that all business requirements are up to standard on the platform.

**Zoho Consultant Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, maintain custom CRM, Projects and Other Business Apps on Zoho Platform
- Be reasonably aware of the various integrations possible with Zoho platform and the nature and the extent of the same
- Develop workarounds within the system so that in the case of system limitations, one can suggest alternate ways
- Ability to translate business concepts into Zoho system interface and meet the requirements through customizations or back end coding
- Coordinate with the Zoho support team and effectively resolve issues that require attention or come up with alternate solutions
- Work independently for a large portion of the work with ample guidance from the project leads and is also able to communicate effectively in an offline working model to ensure successful project completion
- Tracks individual work on a daily basis and keeps a record of all the documentation pertaining to a project.

**Zoho Consultant Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years on the same field
- Advanced experience (must have) in the customization of Zoho modules including CRM Plus, Projects, Campaigns, Desk, SalesIQ, Analytics, Social, Forms.
- Hands on with Zoho Workflows, Schedules, Actions, Assignment Rules, Case Escalation Rules, Scoring Rules, Marketing Attribution, Segmentation etc
- Hands on with Zoho Blueprint, Approval Processes, Review Processes, Command Center
- Hands on with Zoho APIs, Connections, Functions, Client Script, Widgets, Zoho CRM Variables, Webforms, SDKs, WebApps, MobileApps etc
