Job Description
OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOBResponsible for the overall day-to-day operations and sales execution of the department to meet the yearly budget. Covering all execution functions: Project Management, Supply Chain, Customer Services, and Procurement. Responsible for improving existing process mapping and developing new ones to enhance team efficiency and reduce costs on existing project allocations.Key Responsibilities
Participate in developing operating and capital budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and control expenses according to the approved budget.
Support operational risk management and audits for corrective and preventive actions.
Manage logistics, supply chain, and equipment servicing.
Create processes to increase equipment uptime.
Drive service contract penetration within the existing installed base.
Provide project forecasts and status updates aligned with annual targets.
Achieve sales targets as per the department's yearly budget.
Manage inventory levels and minimize stock to acceptable levels.
Report customer feedback in accordance with quality standards and complete relevant training promptly.
Build strong customer relationships by addressing issues and complaints timely.
Provide operational support and guidance to staff.
Manage project execution plans, tasks, timelines, and milestones.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
Liaise with clients on project decisions to ensure quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation of operational procedures and activities.
Ensure quality control of project documentation.
Analyze healthcare operations to propose innovative improvements.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss issues, concerns, and updates.
Participate in employee appraisals, promotions, and terminations.
Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures for all operational activities.
Skills and Job Requirements
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other supply chain management systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong business communication skills.
Financial expertise is a plus.
Minimum of 10+ years of related experience in healthcare operations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, or related fields).
Certifications in Lean or Six Sigma are desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
