Aspart of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:
- Creation of work instructions
- Creation & issuing of repair work orders in Oracle system for inspection and repair
- Preparation of inspection and completion reports for each job order
- Standardization of inspection & repair routings
- Work closely with the operation team to improve the repair process
- Regularly update shop routings and relevant forms
- Regular uploading of reports in Oracle system and updating job status
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
- Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Health, Environment, and Safety compliance

To be successful in this traineeship, you will:
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from an accredited university
- Have the legal right to work without restrictions or company sponsorship in Qatar
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
- Have graduated within the last 12 months from your Bachelor's degree
- Be fluent in written and spoken English with effective communication skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Show an innovative approach to sales and marketing techniques

- Have flexible working hours
