The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6 - 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.
- Creation of Work instructions
- Creation & issuing of the repair workorders in Oracle system for inspection and repair.
- Preparation of Inspection and completion reports for each job orders.
- Standardization of inspection & repair routings
- Work closely with operation team to improve the repair process
- Regularly update shop routings and relevant forms
- Regular Uploading of reports in oracle system and update job status
- Drive continuous process improvement using initiatives.
- Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Health Environment and Safety compliance.
- Have a Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering from an accredited university
- Legal right to work without restrictions or company sponsorship in Qatar.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent)
- Graduated from your Bachelors degree within the last 24 months.
- Be a Qatari National and able to travel internationally.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to build relationships and network across all levels
- Show a strong aptitude for and an innovative approach to sales and marketing techniques.
- Be enthusiastic about working in a challenging fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach
- Flexible working hours
- Experience in MS office functions including excel word PowerPoint and outlook

- Supervise daily production operations of NPK fertilizer lines (mixing, granulation or dissolution, packaging).
- Monitor raw materials (urea, phosphate, potassium, micronutrients) and ensure compliance with specifications before processing.
- Control operating parameters (temperature, humidity, mixing time, feed rate) to ensure process stability.
- Ensure final product quality by coordinating with QC and conducting periodic tests.
- Prepare production reports (quantities, raw material consumption, waste ratios, downtime).

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
- Previous hands-on experience in fertilizer plants (especially NPK or compound fertilizers). Strong knowledge of chemical reactions relevant to fertilizers.
- Ability to operate industrial equipment such as mixers, granulation units, and packaging lines.
