Qualifications & Experience Required

• Honors Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, Engineering, Accounting, Business Management/administration, commercial disciplines and any other relevant qualifications.

Activities:

• C Participate in the maintenance of alignment within PMT on project procurement needs,

• Support Procurement Lead in development of project coordination procedures for procurement, through the review and approval of all procurement related procedures including applicable tools and templates including but not limited to; PSE, MSR, SSR and others that may from time to time be developed for use in the project.
• Oversight Contractor's activities to develop and implement overall and individual purchasing plans (seek input from Project Sourcing Specialists as appropriate).
• Support the process of securing approvals from the appropriate authorities for any deviations from the procurement plan, policies and procedure in consultation with the relevant teams (technical, planning, operations, and Supply team) for all aspects of procurement including cost adjustments, change orders and claims.
• Be responsible for reporting project procurement activities including progress, issues and concerns and steps taken to mitigate impact and negative consequences.
• Participate in the implementation of effective expediting mechanism to ensure timely delivery of all packages, equipment and material in line with the project schedule, including appropriate logistics to support all planned deliveries.
• Interface with project Spare Parts Coordinator for planning, processes,alignment and procurement of all project spares and ensure timely delivery to achieve project RSPL objectives.
• Assist Quality and Contractor in evaluation of prospective vendors and the review and approval of critical vendor documents. team, shall expedite the advanced review critical documents and queries where necessary.
• Carry out all such responsibilities and tasks as may be assigned or delegated by the Procueemnt Lead from time to time.
• Participate in the management of interface and relationship with other COMP3 business teams including planning, cost control, contracts and the business manager.

Activities:

• Lead a crew of technicians to execute Electrical maintenance activities and support other maintenance activities in a safe, efficient and reliable manner in accordance with established policies and procedures, in alignment with company objectives. Support Project Management Team (PMT) and OES in pre-commissioning and commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of field electrical equipment, during Project Phase, in accordance with established schedules and procedures to ensure reliability and availability of the asset in a safe, efficient and reliable manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures and in alignment with company objectives.

• Major challenges for this position:
• (1) during project phase actively participate and provide support to ensure that deliverables related to Electrical discipline are available as perOperations Readiness Plan (ORP) and support completion of the deliverables at project handover: Actively participating in the activities starting from the cold/pre-commissioning of the facilities. The incumbent will be playing a key role in the "flawless" start-up assurance activities and checks that are critical for achieving a flawless (first) start-up, working in close cooperation with PMT and OES; (2) ensures Work Management controls are in place, for safe execution of planned work activities; (3) follows best practices and lesson learnt while planning or performing maintenance activities; (4) ensures all job prerequisites are available/verified activity commencement, including Bypass/Override (BPO), Toolbox Talks (TBT), Last Minute Risk Assessment (LMRA), etc; (5) executes preventive (PM)/corrective maintenance (CM) activities independently at remote platform facilities with remote support from line supervisor; (6) ensures maintenance details are captured and registered with company SAP system; (7) troubleshoots equipment failure or operational problems with support from other technical parties; (8) conducts periodic field quality audits and inspections; (9) integrates Major Project Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) activities to avoid base operations disruption.
• Steward and Support ORP and Operational Readiness Review (ORR) deliverables.
• Support Plant Change Committee (PCC) and Start-Up (SU) activities.

• Maintain an understanding of QatarEnergy LNG Management System (QLMS) processes and participates and supports this process to minimize SHE incidents.
• Prepare, perform and oversee maintenance activities related within own discipline, PM/CM/Shutdown (SD) and minor Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) activities in collaboration with the discipline or production supervisor, either in field or in the workshop, utilizing company safe work practices and in compliance with applicable maintenance procedures.
• Establish that all identified material and spares are available and in good condition before commencement of maintenance activity. Maintain tools and equipment in optimum condition and ensure the calibration validity of all equipment is retained and is available during any maintenance process, in compliance with all SHE&Q policies, procedures and standards.
• Provide accurate records and close-out reports of all completed work in alignment with company requirements, as detailed within the SAP Maintenance Management system and as requested by discipline supervisor.
• Support troubleshooting of field equipment issues, faults and failures though investigation using Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), technical equipment drawings, BOM Index, equipment data sheets and other documents to rectify anomalies and reinstate equipment.

• Conduct regular toolbox meeting with colleagues and report all Near Miss Incidents and events during activities via the appropriate observation reporting system. Perform assigned Emergency Response team activities as directed by Management.
• Complete hazard identification assessments, Joint Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Last Minute Risk Assessments (LMRAs) to ensure that all mandatory requirements for the issued Permit To Work (PTW) are in place prior to work commencement and throughout the work activities until completion.
• Provide for the co-ordination of contract services staff, when working on site to undertake maintenance and repair activities on installed equipment, to ensure the appropriate standard of work is carried out and that all safety and environmental standards are adhered to.
• Produce constructive input and feedback on field expansion issues to department focal point and participate in Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Hazard and Operability (HAZOPs), Risk Screening (RS)/Formal Risk Assessments (FRAs), field completion activities, commissioning, and warranty/punch work with PMT and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor, as directed by management.
• Provide support to project department while implementing new projects and ensure proper handover/completion as per company policy and procedure. Support OES Spare parts and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) teams by providing specialized inputs and contribute to delivering projects maintenance readiness deliverables to ensure safe and reliable start-up and life-cycle maintenance activities during projects.

• Completion of Secondary School Education (12 years) followed by vocational training program (TAFE).

• 7 years' experience in maintenance within the oil and gas sector, experience in facilities operating with safety first concept, work permit system, of which 3 years in supervisory level.
• Well-versed with safety practices and precautions related to electrical equipment, demonstrating responsible electrical behaviour.
• Proficient in performing electrical isolation, de-isolation and earthing tasks. Capable of executing switching operations up to 415V - 33KV levels, following the appropriate procedures and securing Authorised Electrical Person (AEP) certificate.
• Hands on experience on discipline maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

• Develop Upstream Integrated Gas Volume and Activities plan (UGP/IAP), review gas production, water injection plans and surveillance ensuring uninterrupted feed-gas delivery from wells and reservoirs to LNG trains. Support production enhancement, development studies, plans and projects to meet company targets in the most cost-effective manner.

• Coordinate Integrated Activity and Gas Volume Plans as per UGP process cycles and sequences and align with stakeholders all well test and injection programs in coordination with operations Department. Monitor rig based well testing, measurement and sampling.
• Support Reservoir Engineers to develop production guidelines to optimize gas and condensate from Qatargas wells and review non-routine or unplanned events requiring the management of special parameters (H2S/Water/Condensate/Casing Pressure).
• Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen production shortages and downtime and ensure production availability from offshore in advance to satisfy the LNG requirements and mitigate the short falls in short term basis.
• Review the analysis of all production data and parameters at offshore and onshore facilities, and ensure the use of standards, in-house application tools as well as real time information management tools (POIS).
• Develop Well Performance and System Network Performance models update and optimize performance as per the operating boundaries set by Qatargas standards and confirm accuracy of the measurement and metering electronics and transmitters.

• Analyse onshore wastewater injection wells for uninterrupted water injection and implement injection guidelines and quality requirements on a continual basis. Elevate any abnormal findings to Section Head.
• Propose stimulation strategy for Qatargas wells and support implementation of the same and c oordinate testing and cleanup of wells post stimulation and any change management actions. Review well testing reports for new wells and re-completions.
• Assess stimulation effectiveness using rig based flow back or PLT data, recommend improvement and optimization. Analyse well performance of producing wells post stimulation and recommend remedial action such as re-stimulations to enhance productivity.
• Review input and determine production performance for Well, Platform, Asset for development and re-development projects and complete WIS and WEP development for re-completions and development wells with stimulation and well clean up input.
• Perform well production volume back allocation based on well test and reservoir engineering inputs and Production Logging (PL) interpretation. Contribute monthly and annual reconciliations at all fiscal meter levels.

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.

• 6 years' experience in Production Operations, Production Planning, Optimization in the Oil and/or Gas industry, including at least 2 years' experience in production technology, Petroleum engineering applications and tools for production optimization, stimulation, PLT and forecasting.
• Knowledge and understanding of well modelling, well optimization techniques, reservoir depletion methods, well performance evaluation methodologies, production planning and allocation.

The Senior PTW Instructor is responsible for developing and enhancing training programmes for the Permit to Work (PTW) system, Energy Isolation, and ePTW processes. The role ensures lessons learned are effectively captured and shared across operating facilities to maintain safe and compliant operations.

• Develop and update PTW training modules reflecting procedural and system changes.

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural, and multi-venture environment.

• Ensure consistent PTW system application across all operating assets.

1. Develop and review PTW training materials, incorporating lessons learned.

2. Support PTW trainers to improve training quality and effectiveness.

3. Organise communication sessions to cascade procedural updates to end users.

4. Contribute to PTW system improvements and perform tasks assigned by line management.

5. Ensure ePTW system access is provided to trained and competent personnel.

6. Provide consultation and support to end users during routine operations and shutdowns.

7. Organise regular meetings with asset PTW coordinators, training, and competency teams.

9. Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of ePTW and related tools, ensuring system availability for end users.

Qualifications:

• HND in Engineering

Knowledge / Experience:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Operations, Maintenance, or SHE within Oil & Gas, including at least 2 years as a PTW instructor.

• Expert knowledge of SHE procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment, job safety analysis, integrated safety systems, and international PTW standards and best practices.
