• Collaborating with a team of designers and engineers, where you will have the opportunity to be hands-on in supporting the group's objectives across a major offshore FEED Project.

Job Title: Execution Coordinator

Location: Qatar

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of industry experience
• At least 5 years in Turnaround (TA) execution within petrochemical, oil, or gas plants

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely or ahead-of-schedule execution of all assigned jobs
• Proactively implement recovery plans to address any work delays
• Coordinate effectively with all relevant departments to ensure smooth job execution
• Maintain constant presence at the work site during execution activities

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

• 8 years of relevant Engineering experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.

Technical and Business Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams in offshore environments.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
• Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications. Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, pipeline, structural, instrument, telecom, piping and electrical.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Provide follow-on engineering support to the fabrication yard, to support construction and commissioning activities and close out of engineering.
• Review Contractor engineering site queries and red line mark up of engineering deliverables to support As-building activities.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and act as engineering interface between fabrication site and engineering design office, to resolve site engineering issues.
• Participate in key design workshop and ensure that workshop recommendations are correctly implemented and actions closed (Lessons Learned, Value Engineering, HAZIDs, etc.).
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts with respect to the disciplines involved in delivery of the Topsides and ensures endorsement of technical deviations to Company specifications when required.
• Ensure Contractor follows management of change procedures, with respect to any design changes initiated from the field.
• Attend FATs/SATs and supports field commissioning activities.
• Co-ordination / development of procedures for smooth handover of equipment packages to operations.
• Ensure on time issuance of engineering deliverables to support site activities.
