• Act as the focal point with the client and any contractor Project Controllers as appropriate, to ensure costs and progress are reported accurately, ensure alignment with the project reporting requirements and timely and accurate cost and progress reporting

Main Role
-To conduct activities taking place on the deck as well as the helideck at NOC offshore facilities; loading and off-loading activities in accordance with NOC approved operating procedures, guidelines, legislative requirements and industry best practice.
Supporting site Work Preparator with the day-to-day site management of materials on the platform. Strategic Planning & Direction

• Produce, review, and take responsibility for the accuracy of detailed calculations, Civil engineering datasheets and drawings to specify the Civil engineering requirements of our projects
• Having sound experience in the design and analysis of new and existing buildings, structures, foundations, infrastructure and civil works including drainage design, roads and pavement design commonly found in oil & gas facilities.

Job Title: Senior Technical Assistant – Document Control & Quality Support

Location:  Qatar

We're seeking a Senior Technical Assistant to support document verification and manufacturer qualification processes for a technical and quality-focused team within a major engineering environment.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for document handling and communication with manufacturers, ensuring that submitted data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal standards. This position is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in document management within engineering or technical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between the technical department and manufacturing partners.

• Maintain ongoing communication with manufacturers to collect, verify, and manage documentation.

• Validate authenticity and accuracy of submitted data; cross-check against records and systems.

• Ensure all documentation meets format and content requirements.

• Identify gaps or discrepancies in received documents and request follow-ups as needed.

• Maintain and update the Preferred Manufacturers List (PML) in accordance with compliance standards.

• Conduct routine audits of manufacturer records and ensure traceable record-keeping.

3. Perform the annual reserves review and generate long term production/injection forecasts for business planning and drilling/workover schedule.

• BSc., University in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experience in Brown Field Oil and Gas related piping mechanical Design and Engineering
• Performs as a professional mechanical engineer for projects and plant modifications from Front End
• Technical support for operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Testing, installation, commissioning and start up of mechanical equipment
