**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze current trends and industry best practices.
- Manage keyword research and the development of new keyword sets.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to understand their keywords to ensure that SEO goals are aligned with business goals.
- Provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage technical SEO design work to ensure proper implementation of SEO decisions.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Analyze the performance of current SEO strategies
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Offer solutions for strategy improvement
- Make changes to the web codes in order to improve website position
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven SEO experience
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics. Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Google Data Studio, Bing Webmaster )
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Working knowledge with Development and SEO Implementation on Platforms such as WordPress, Magento, Shopify
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time-management skills
