Job Description - UX Designer (Founding Partner, Relocation to Qatar)

WeDAI is Qatar's home-grown gig-economy platform that matches companies with verified on-demand workers in minutes. We're looking for a visionary UX Designer to own the end-to-end product experience and join us as a partner, not just an employee.

What you'll do

• Lead user research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web & mobile.

• Turn complex gig-matching flows into elegant, one-tap interactions.

• Establish and maintain our design system (Figma / React Native).

• Collaborate directly with founders to ship, test, and iterate quickly.

What you bring

• 4+ years designing B2C marketplace, gig, or on-demand products.

• Strong portfolio showing creative problem-solving and data-driven iteration.

• Fluency in English.

• Passion for innovation and willingness to relocate to Doha.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals
• Proficiency in Figma , Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
