Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and represent the business at events. Support and contribute in annual planning and departmental target-setting alongside the Executive Director. Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure agreements are delivered. Provide insights and recommendations that influence long-term strategy. What You Bring

A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in business development, including 4+ years in leadership roles. Strong background in business development within the broadcast/media sector. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
