Our client is seeking a Banking Technology Analyst to evaluate, implement, and optimize technology solutions, including automation tools like n8n, to enhance banking operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in banking operations.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using n8n, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions.
• Ensure automation workflows are running efficiently, and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for automation workflows and solutions.

Requirements :

• Proven experience with 2+ years in n8n, including designing and implementing automation workflows.
• Understanding of banking operations , processes, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize automation workflows.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

• Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments for corporate banking and treasury clients.
• Monitor the credit portfolio, assess risk exposure, and recommend actions such as rating adjustments or credit restructuring.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Credit and Risk, to manage client relationships and financial transactions.
• Support the development of new banking products and services in coordination with international markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and global teams across different banking functions.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a well-established bank, with relevant work experience in either product development, credit, credit risk, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong communication and written skills in English and Arabic.

• Familiarity with core banking systems (e.g., PRIME – TSYS, IST – FIS).
• Strong knowledge of Visa/MasterCard scheme compliance and certifications.
• Experience with ATM, internet, and mobile banking processes.
