Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Marketing Manager to support the development and implementation of marketing activities that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the senior leadership and cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans, manage campaigns, and contribute to achieving the company's commercial objectives.

digital, print, and events.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and assist

• Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs, and prepare regular reports to measure

effectiveness.

• Work with the sales team to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

• Coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts.

• Ensure effective use of the marketing budget and contribute to cost-effective promotional

strategies.

• Assist in introducing and promoting diverse product offerings (including non-cable products)

Qualifications:

What your day will look like

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market planning and campaign execution across portfolios, territory or vertical.

The role involves working closely with Toyota Motor Corporation as well as internal departments such as Sales, Product Planning & After Sales and our Creative Agency to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Business Objectives

  • To work closely with Toyota Retail & After Sales Team to support them to achieve their pre-fixed targets in terms of sales as well as market share.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the brand that aligns with AAM & Toyota business Goals & Objectives.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to promote periodic maintenance, repairs, and other after-sales services such as extended warranties, vehicle inspections, and parts replacement.
  • Develop a Marketing Calendar for New Vehicle Sales & After Sales Department highlighting Brand Campaigns, Tactical Campaigns, New Model launches etc.
  • Implement market research & consumer study to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights and develop necessary marketing strategies to overcome the challenges
  • Analyze Market Share to understand the current share vs targeted share and implement necessary plans to increase shares.
  • To work closely with Product Planning and Sales teams to forecast Overall Sales, retail sales and set target market share for each model and each segment.

Communications

  • Develop a comprehensive campaign plan ahead of the start date viz. campaign benefits, communication plan, ministry approvals etc.
  • Develop brand content & oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to production and deployment across various channels (Digital, Social media, Print, Radio, OOH etc.).
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data analytics, ensuring the highest return on investment (ROI).
  • Enhance Toyota's brand image and identity in line with TMC's guidelines.
  • Work closely with Creative Agency to develop branding materials and ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual style.

New Model Launches

  • Develop launch plan for introduction of new models in line with the TMC's overall communication plan and strategy.
  • Develop promotional plans, including Launch events, Media buying, and influencer partnerships.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop a comprehensive Social Media Strategy in coordination with Creative Agency.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including website management, SEO, SEM and social media campaigns.
  • Track digital marketing KPIs and optimize content for customer engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with local influencers to increase Toyota's visibility and credibility, and produce engaging and user-generated content.

Budgeting & Reporting

To allocate and manage Toyota marketing budgets effectively to ensure resources are utilized to maximize impact.

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing budgets, campaigns and initiatives.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • To collaborate with Product Planning, Retail Sales, Fleet Sales, Mobility, After-sales teams and all related departments to create comprehensive Marketing, Sales & After Sales strategies.
  • To collaborate with all support functions in terms of Campaigns, New Model Introductions & Events for successful roll-put of the same.

Leadership

Guide, mentor, and motivate the marketing team by creating a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience, Automotive industry experience is a must have.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field, MBA is preferred.
