you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional cleaning, detailing, polishing, and nano ceramic coating services for our valued clients. You will be responsible for:
- Pre-detailing inspection: Perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle's interior and exterior to assess its condition and identify areas requiring specific attention.
- Interior cleaning: Meticulously clean the vehicle's interior, including carpets, upholstery, dashboards, and other surfaces, using high-quality cleaning products and equipment.
- Exterior cleaning: Safely and effectively wash and dry the vehicle's exterior, paying close attention to details like wheels, rims, and trim.
- Polishing: Utilize advanced polishing techniques and products to restore the vehicle's exterior paintwork to a pristine condition, removing minor scratches and enhancing gloss.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area: Ensure your designated vehicle/workspace is clean and always organized, reflecting professionalism, and promoting safety.
- Delivering exceptional customer service: Communicate effectively with clients, understand their expectations, and strive to exceed them consistently.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional vehicle detailing.
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and preferably Arabic, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with various detailing products, equipment, and techniques.
- A valid Qatari driver's license is an added advantage.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 kg.
- Flexible and adaptable to work various shifts and schedules based on business needs.
