Job Description
The Delivery Driver/Collector is responsible for providing timely transportation of products from store to customers’ location as assigned, along with unloading and staging products at customer’s place of business whenever required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Timely transportation of products from store to customers
- Make daily delivery schedule, actual delivery and collection reports
- Review all orders to ensure correct delivery
- Collect cash & cheque payments from customers as required
- Assist in verification of all outgoing and incoming products for accuracy
- Ensure that appropriate paper works (invoices and delivery slips) accompany delivery
- Obtain customer signatures and company stamp on delivery slips/invoices
- Assist in loading and unloading products during delivery
- Maintain professional representation of the Company in all interactions with customers
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of High School Diploma with basic mathematical skills
- Must have valid Qatar driving license (heavy)
- Must be ready to change sponsorship under the company
- Able to speak, read and write in English language.
- Presentable with good customer service skills
- Experience making reports on
- Able to lift products weighing up to approximately 30 kilo
- Confident, friendly & always maintain positive attitude
